We invest in passionate founders, that are tenacious, have a strong work ethic, are sales driven and have a personal connection to the problem they're solving.
We look for businesses that use technology to disrupt existing industries, ideas that solve problems and/or generally make things 10x better.
We invest in businesses that show evidence of product/market fit, whether it be revenue, paying customers, users or downloads. We like businesses that have happy customers.

Domenic Carosa, MEINon Executive Chairman
Domenic Carosa is Non Executive Chairman of Dominet Digital Corporation Pty Ltd, a boutique internet investment group and CEO of global mobile entertainment company CrowdMobile.com (ASX: CM8). He is co-founder & Chairman of Future Capital Development Fund Pty Ltd (a registered Pooled Development Fund). Future Capital has successfully raised in excess of A$8M in patient equity capital in recent years, invested in 14 early stage investees. read more...Domenic was previously the co-founder and Group CEO of ASX-listed destra Corporation Ltd (ASX: DES), which was the largest independent media and entertainment company in Australia with revenues of over A$100m. He stepped aside from destra in April 2008. With over 20 years experience in business and technology, Domenic has built a reputation as a leader in the Internet space by building one of Australia’s largest independent digital music websites, MP3.com.au in the late 90’s, and building from scratch, Australia’s second largest virtual web hosting/domain companies which he sold for A$25m in 2005-06.Domenic is past Chairman of the Internet Industry Association (IIA) and holds a Masters of Entrepreneurship & Innovation (MEI) from Swinburne University.
Holger Arians, MBACEO
Holger is a German native who worked in Corporate Development in the German Technology and Military Industry. Together with a team of international experts he raised €295 million for the recapitalisation of one of the world’s leading defense companies.
He has experience in Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategy and Management and was involved in several start-ups as an investor and manager. He was serving as an Honorary Finance Judge at the Cologne Finance Court, Germany, in 2013.
Holger is an Alumni of Harvard Business School and holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School in France and Mannheim Business School in Germany.
Tim’s first entrepreneurial pursuit was as a wanna-be professional golfer, plying his trade for a few years after graduating university with a Commerce/Law degree. While Tim played off scratch, he pivoted to learn about the art of investing, moving from the golf course into funds management, superannuation and eventually, investing in startups. Tim is passionate about and has extensive experience working with early stage tech companies, having worked with them, advised them and raised capital for them.
Jeff BudimanTech Lead
Jeff assists Dominet in general technical matters, including reviewing the technology behind potential startup investments. Jeff is the CTO of Bitcoin.com.au, a Dominet-incubated company. He previously worked for QMCODES, a mobile-focused tech startup where he built a SaaS CMS and a CRM analytics platform. Jeff holds a Masters in Information Technology from RMIT, specialising in web technology and cryptography, and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Melbourne University.
